UPMC Northwest Revises Blood Draw Sites, Hours of Service

March 31, 2006 -- UPMC Northwest has revised the list of sites where it draws patients’ blood for testing, and has extended one location’s hours.

Here is a current list of the hospital’s outpatient laboratory sites and hours of service:

Oil City

Oil City campus, 174 E. Bissell Ave. (8 am to 1 pm Monday through Friday); Venango Internal Medicine-UPMC, 1 Memorial Drive (8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday).

Franklin

West Unit, 1 Dale Ave. (7 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday); Franklin Medical Group, 1228 Elk St. (7:30 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday).

Seneca

UPMC Northwest, 100 Fairfield Drive (7 am to 7:30 pm Monday through Friday, and 7:30 am to noon Saturday); Seneca Commons, Route 257 (8 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday).

No appointments are necessary except at Venango Internal Medicine-UPMC, where appointments are preferred during the morning hours.
