UPMC NORTHWEST STAFF PHYSICIANS EARN CERTIFICATION Feb. 4, 2004 — Three members of the UPMC Northwest medical staff have earned certification or recertification in their specialties from the American Board of Internal Medicine. Sajid Peracha, MD, has achieved board certification in medical oncology. Dr. Peracha also is board certified in internal medicine. Savita
Joneja, MD, has been recertified in internal medicine, and Carol
Encarnacion, MD, has earned recertification in internal medicine
and infectious diseases.
