UPMC Northwest
Auxiliary will host an art show and sale featuring works from Oil
City’s Transit Fine Arts Gallery. The show and sale, which
are open to the public, are set from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday
and Thursday, Sept. 12 and 13, in Conference Rooms A and B at the

The show and
sale will feature painting, photography, jewelry, porcelain, woodwork,
handblown glass paperweights, cards, books, and quilted and other

Transit Fine
Arts Gallery is an Oil City Arts Council venue located in the historic
National Transit Building in Oil City. More than 100 artists exhibit
and sell their work in the gallery every year, and a featured artist-of-the-month
is honored there every month.
The Oil City
Arts Council’s purpose is to promote and foster public interest
in and appreciation for the arts. The non-profit organization was
established in 1993.
To learn more about the upcoming show and sale, contact Transit
Fine Arts Gallery at 814-677-3707 or UPMC Northwest Auxiliary coordinator
