Locations & Directions UPMC Northwest
From the North (Oil City/Titusville area) Follow Route 62 north out of Oil City, and bear right onto Route 257 at the bottom of Seneca Hill. Remain on Route 257 for approximately six miles. The entrance to UPMC Northwest is on the left. From the West (Franklin area) Follow Route 322 east out of Franklin. Remain on Route 322 for approximately six miles. At the intersection of routes 322 and 257, turn left onto Route 257, and continue for approximately one mile. The entrance to UPMC Northwest is on the right. From the East (Clarion County area) From Clarion, take Route 322 west approximately 15 miles to the intersection of routes 322 and 257. Turn right onto Route 257 and continue for approximately one mile. The entrance to UPMC Northwest is on the right. From Venus/Fryburg area, take Route 157 approximately 12 miles to the intersection of Horsecreek Road (blinker light). Turn left onto Horsecreek Road. At the next intersection (stop sign), turn right onto East State Road. At the end of East State Road/traffic signal, turn left onto Route 257. Follow Route 257 approximately two miles. The entrance to UPMC Northwest is on the left. From the South (Pittsburgh area) Follow Interstate
79 north, then Interstate 80 east to Exit 29 (Barkeyville/Oil City/Franklin
Area). Turn left and follow Route 8 North into Franklin (approximately
10 miles). Proceed straight through town (Liberty Street) on Routes
8/322. Proceed on Route 322 east out of Franklin. Remain on Route
322 for approximately six miles. At the intersection of Routes 322
and 257, turn left onto Route 257, and continue for approximately
one mile. The entrance to UPMC Northwest is on the right.
